Find 30. It's not a big exercise!
Just 30 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activiy on most days of the week is needed for good health. And the good news is you don't need to do 30 minutes in one go. Three lots of 10 minutes is just as beneficial and might be easier and more fun to do as well! It doesn't have to be vigorous, it just needs to be regular.
For extra health benefits try a blind sport un by Vision Impaired Sport ACT. You can try beepball, cricket, goalball, golf, swish, tennis, ten pin bowling and walking just to name a few.
All of these sports are gearing up for a great summer of action all over Canberra. For more information contact VISACT at info@visact.org.au or give us a call on 0433 74 66 87
